It's Christmas time and there are some families that could use some help. That is why I always host the Restaurant Show Christmas Party. You get a great meal at a great price and we help the Starlight Children's Foundation, an organization that helps families with seriously sick children. Everybody is feeling the economic pinch right now, but I'm asking everybody who joins us at Indigo Joe's, Barnes and Powers, to bring at least one, new, unwrapped (and yes, inexpensive) toy for a child of any age. Listeners have always been VERY generous in the past. Indigo Joe's is offering a number of dishes for only $4.99 each including all of their burgers (regular price between $8-9), and some sandwiches, each with a side. Salads will also be available at the $4.99 price. Indigo's is also offering prime rib, barbecue ribs, and herb crusted chicken for only $9.99 each and each includes soup or salad and sides. Hours of the event will be 5-8PM. Reservations are being accepted at 719-302-0969. The restaurant will also be offering some drink specials and a dessert special or two. Should be a great evening.
