Calendar of Events - March 2010

Monument - WEDNESDAY, March 10
A special midweek Boyle Supper Club will be held at Eric's Monument Grille, 1455 Cipriani Loop just east of I-25 to the second light at the Monument exit. And what a deal we are offering. From 5-8PM you can enjoy a rack of ribs, the artichoke chicken with a sherry cream sauce, or the fried shrimp, each with your choice of two sides. They will also offer the three cheese chimichanga. Each of these items will be only $5.99, a considerable savings on any of the items (regular price for the ribs is $12.50, so quite a savings). This is a dine in promotion. They have plenty of free parking, and easily reached from all parts of the area. Full service bar available.

Colorado Springs - Saturday, March 13
Milt's Coffee Shop Restaurant has been a fixture at 2314 East Platte Avenue (about half way between Union and Circle) since 1979. Lots of regulars, but now they want to meet a bunch of new people. That's where a Boyle Lunch Bunch comes in. I will broadcast from 10AM-1PM from the restaurant, and during that time you can enjoy an all-you-can-eat biscuits and gravy feast for only $2.99 (that's what I said - $2.99). Or you can get their pancakes, also all-you-can-eat, for only $2.99. Come on by, try a new place (or revisit an old favorite), say hello. I'll see you there.

Castle Rock - Saturday, March 13
Join me at the Black Eyed Pea near the Factory Outlets, Exit 184 and I-25, for a Boyle Supper Club. I will broadcast from 3-5PM, and from 4-8PM you can enjoy four of their longest running and most popular items at a great price. Choose from the chicken fried chicken, pot roast, chicken fried steak, or meat loaf for only $4.99 each (regular price about $10). You also get two sides of your choice. There are over twenty sides to choose from. The meal includes cornbread and rolls. This dine in promotion will also feature some bar specials. These events at the Black Eyed Peas have proven to be tremendously popular, so join us. Big portions and friendly staff.

Colorado Springs - Saturday, March 20
Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard is rolling out a new promotion menu, so we are going to feature that menu with a Boyle Lunch Bunch at all three locations (North Academy, South Academy at Astrozon, and Barnes and Powers). The promotion is called "three for three." Select three items from a menu of seven - classic burger, jalapeno burger, the double, fresh cut fries, BLT, soda, and sundae - for only $3. Dine in or take out. You can also get their new fresh cut fries for only 73 cents. Hours will be 10AM-2PM. I will be broadcasting from the store at Barnes and Powers from 10AM-1PM.

Lone Tree - Saturday, March 20
Join me at the Silver Creek Diner, 7824 Park Meadows Drive right behind the Sam's Club (just off C-470 at Quebec) for a Boyle Supper Club. This place is always good, and busy. So the event will feature dinner for two for only $7.10 ($3.55 single) from 3-6PM. Choose from their WONDERFUL hamburger or cheeseburger with fries, the smothered chicken burrito, or the bratwurst cooked with sauerkraut and served with potato salad. Each of these meals retails between $7-8, so quite a savings. This is a dine in promotion. The place has a great decor, and we may even be able to use the outside tables. They have a full service bar. I will be there broadcasting from 3-5PM. See you there.

Colorado Springs - Saturday, March 27
It's the week before Easter (yes, it's early this year), so a special event is planned for Patsy's Candy, 1540 South 21st Street. Every year the owners of Patsy's hold an open house for everyone to enjoy. From 11AM-4PM they offer free tours of the candy factory to see how their product is made. Youngsters and oldsters alike love it. It is brief, and there are some free samples for you to enjoy also. In addition, their entire retail store is open so you can get whatever you need for Easter. The show will run from 10AM-1PM, and there is always plenty of other free food for you to enjoy. Oh, and by the way, the tours are also offered as part of this anniversary celebration on Friday, the 26th, from 11AM-4PM. So visit Patsy's on Friday, or Saturday, or both.

Highlands Ranch - Sunday, March 28
About once a year we go to the Enchanted Grounds Coffee House and Game Store. Yeah, it's pretty cool. Great coffee, smoothies, shakes, sandwiches, and burritos. Enjoy two sandwiches from Udi's Bakery, or two GREAT breakfast burritos for only $7.10 ($3.55 single). You can also mix and match. Get one burrito, one sandwich for $7.10, or buy them single. Coffee will be only 71 cents, and smoothies and shakes will be only $2.50 each. In case you are wondering, my favorite smoothie is their banana smoothie. Enchanted Grounds also has the area's nicest selection of games. It is located at 8800 South Colorado Boulevard just south of C-470 and north of University. Phone: 303-470-1010. Hours of the special will be from 10AM-1PM, and I will be there broadcasting from 10AM-Noon. Dine in or take out.
