In my breakfast bowl, I slice one Granny Smith Green Apple into pieces, and then into small chunks. Add two spoonfuls of Greek Yogurt, plain or flavored, and then sprinkle with Nature Valley Granola on top. Mix thoroughly so each spoonful gives you some apple, yogurt, and granola.

Obviously you may choose a different type of apple, different brand or flavor yogurt, and different granola or even flax seeds to your bowl. An easy, quick, and healthy breakfast to start your day, or an anytime pick me up. Enjoy.
