There is a new Indian restaurant called EXOTIKKA in Lone Tree near the theater, Rio Grande, and Sweet Tomatoes.  Used to be the Clay Oven for 18 years.  The Thiara family bought it, closed for three months for extensive remodeling (it looks beautiful), and recently reopened.  They would like to have us visit and enjoy an all-you-can-eat Indian buffet for only $7.10 (regular price $12).  From the salad bar to the entrees of butter chicken, tikka masala, saag paneer, basmati rice, and MUCH more.  They are not usually open on Sunday, but have decided to open up for this special lunch.  I know it's still Bronco season, but you can't pass this up.  See you there.
