For this weekend, a couple of establishments have invited you to enjoy their food, take out only, but at special prices:

10AM-Noon - Dickey's Pit Barbecue, locations on Garden of the Gods, Austin Bluffs and Academy, Constitution and Mark Sheffel, and Interquest just east of I-25, will be offering a sandwich and side special for only $5 (regular price $8).  Get as many as you like.

Noon-2PM - Get, while they last, a twelve ounce rib eye steak with loaded baked potato at Heidi's Sports Bar & Grill, 4829 Barnes Road, for only $5 (regular price $12.95). One per person.  UPDATE; BILLY COULD NOT GET ENOUGH STEAKS, SO BURGERS, WITH OR WITHOUT CHEESE, AND FRIES ARE BEING SUBSTITUTED.

2-4PM - L&L Hawaiian Barbecue at 5850 Barnes Road will offer the teriyaki chicken mini lunch, my personal favorite, with rice and mac salad for only $5.
