If you can't make it to Castle Rock for our event at China Cafe, maybe Tommy's Subs at Kipling and C-470 is more convenient.  The owners, Jeff and Janine, also own DW's 285 Diner in Aspen Park, and both places will be offering their best seller, The Italian sub, for only $4.99 each.  Get as many as you want.  Maybe pick up a Philly Cheese Steak while you're there.
