Thanks to the recommendation of listeners, Doug and Debbie, I learned about, visited, and thoroughly enjoyed, CoraFaye's Cafe. Good old fashioned Southern cooking done right by Priscilla and her family. This transplanted Anniston, Alabama family is offering a varied menu, but the fried chicken is out of this world. And since the chicken is so good, that is what we will be featuring: three pieces with a side and bread, a $12 value, for only $7.10. Sides will include mashed potatoes with gravy, creamy mac and cheese, okra, collard greens, and many more. Although the portions are big, suggest you save room for the coconut cream cheese cake. Wow!
