OK, this place doesn't even usually open for lunch on Sundays, but the owner, Chris Kapoor, has offered to open and serve an extensive all you can eat buffet lunch for only $7.10.  Chris had the restaurant in Tamarac Square for almost 25 years, but when the square was torn down, he bought land a little east of there and built this BEAUTIFUL restaurant about four years ago now.  In addition to having a nice salad bar with  dressings and chutneys, he will offer a number of Indian entrees including a special dish: a lamb stew.  Trust me, this is a fabulous dish.  So enjoy the naan bread, tika masala, curry chicken, saag paneer, and plenty of other dishes, but please, please try the lamb.  Incredible.  Hope to see you.
