PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A DATE CHANGE.  It's been awhile, so let's get together at Joseph's for some Fine Dining.  Joseph Freyre, who spent twelve years as the maitre d' at the Broadmoor's Penrose Room, knows a thing or two about fine dining.  He will be hosting a Supper Club this new date at his establishment, now in it's tenth year, on South 8th Street.  Tableside service to include Caesar and spinach salads, filet mignon, and even a few desserts.  Appetizers will be golden fried calamari and jalapeno artichoke stuffed mushrooms ($6.99 each).  Both have been offered before and are very popular. Also featured: New England clam chowder and Caesar salad - $5.99 each.  Entrees will be chicken marsala ($13.99), salmon Mediterranean ($14.99), and tenderloin of beef ($13.99).  Desserts will be creme brulee and chocolate cake finale, each $6.99.  Reservations are strongly suggested for inside or on the patio - 719-630-3631.
