You are going to LOVE this place.  Zapata Mexican Taco Shop will be featuring a few of their dishes, including street tacos, for special prices.  Owned by the same guy who owns Pueblo Viejo, 5598 North Academy Boulevard, this is a more casual place with a great variety of Mexican dishes.  Dine in or take out.  Oscar Macias, the owner, is offering some great specials, each for only $5.95.  The pollo asada quesadilla is huge, delicious, and one of my favorites.  Or choose the three taco combination (try to pastor - pork - as one, you'll love it), or a burrito, you pick the ingredients.  Complement them with your choice of salsas.  I will also have tickets to the Taste of Douglas County, being held on Thursday, August 22nd, at the Douglas County Events Center.
