Time to kick off our Summer Meal Deals with Louie's Pizza.  We have done specials the first Saturday of June, July, and August for years, and will be offering them again this Summer.  As you've probably heard, these tremendously popular events offer dine in or take out specials at all five locations.  Specials will include large one topping pizzas for $5.95 each, additional toppings only $1 each, and with a pizza purchase you can get a 50 cent garlic bread, 50 cent salads, and two liter bottles of Pepsi products for only $1.50.  Sub sandwiches will be $4 each. I will be at the 5420 Tutt Boulevard store broadcasting from 10AM-1PM and the specials run from 10:30AM-1:30PM.  Feel free to also call in your order and it will be waiting for you to pick up.

Radio stations receive dozens, scores, hundreds of books from publishers, books intended as giveaways, contests prizes, whatever.  We have SO many good books, authors like Eric Metaxas, Mollie Hemingway, Byron York, David Horowitz, Alex Berenson, Dennis Prager, hardbacks, paperbacks, NEW, never used, that I have decided to conduct a Book Sale for the Salvation Army Food Bank.  BUCK-A-BOOK!  That's right, any book, will make great reading, great presents, for only a ONE DOLLAR DONATION per book to the Salvation Army.  Every nickel, dime, dollar will go to them to help feed the needy. You are welcome to donate more, but that is entirely up to you.  And, there will be FREE food for you to enjoy. We have food from Louie's pizza, Pepsi products. Papa John's has also agreed to bring pizzas, and Chick-fil-A will supply gift cards. I will be broadcasting from the lobby of our station building.

We're going to help them celebrate with a Boyle Lunch Bunch.  Great meals, great deals.  Bobby and Christina, the owners, are offering TEN of their most popular dishes, and there are many, for 50% off, half price. My advice?  Come and have lunch, take a different dish home for dinner. A couple of choices include the grinder sandwich (I've had it, and it is terrific), the Italian, the Popeye (chicken breast with bacon) sandwiches, fettuccine Alfredo and lasagna.  I'll broadcast from 10AM-1PM and the specials will run from 10:30AM-1:30PM. Dine in or take out. Fifty years!  Wow!  Full service bar, so maybe celebrate with a beer.
