If you have decided to eat out on Thanksgiving, I have a few suggestions of places that would love to see you. The Viewhouse Restaurants, both the Centennial and Colorado Springs locations, will have a gigantic, fabulous buffet. Salads to carving station to desserts. Reservations suggested. All eight locations of the Black-eyed Pea will offer a special $24 per person menu. Choose from turkey, ham, pot roast, or a combination of any two, plus two veggies, rolls, dessert. Reservations NOT being taken, but they will open early at 10AM. If you want to go a bit more exotic, try India's Restaurant, 8921 East Hampden Avenue. Both Wednesday evening and Thanksgiving evening, starting at 5:30PM, an expanded all you can eat buffet will be offered for $25.95.
Obviously there are more places serving, but I know these places will do a nice job for you.
