That's right, a first time event with Cuba, Cuba in Castle Rock.  Owner Kristy Socarras and Executive Chef Andrea Elledge have put together great specials, including MY favorite, Vaca Frita, classic mojo marinated flank steak with sauteed onions, white rice, black beans and sweet plantains. Also offering the roasted pork dish, a vegetarian dish, and a beef dish, all complete meals.  Each offering will be half price.  A nice way to enjoy a Sunday mid day meal.  Dine in or take out.  Wash everything down with a mojito or a wonderful Cuban beer, Hatuey.  Check it out at cubacubacastlerock.com
