Easter comes early this year, may sneak up on you.  A few places that are doing, and always do, a nice job include the Viewhouse Centennial and Colorado Springs.  They serve a wonderful, extensive brunch.  Black-eyed Pea always does a nice job with a special menu. Both Cansano Italian Steak House and Longboard Tacos at Interquest and Voyager are serving on Easter.  Cansano off a menu, and Longboard will have a buffet.  There's plenty of other places out there if you just look around.  But I suggest you start making your plan early.  It's always a busy day.
