Matthew Schniper, former restaurant review writer and critic for the former Colorado Springs Independent, will be joining me for this studio show.  I will be tapping his extensive knowledge of the local dining scene, sharing a few of my thoughts, maybe referencing some thoughts from other restaurant "foodies."  I thought it might also be fun to see what places are currently thriving, either recent places or establishments that have been around for awhile, and compare those to the places I recommended almost twenty years ago when I published two dining guides for the market.  A great way to cover a lot of years and ground.  You are more than welcome to e-mail me your memories, your reminisces, places that you miss, places you wish would come back.  Tune in, should be fun.
