Mothers Day, one of the busiest, if not the busiest, day of the dining out year, is rapidly approaching. Please, please, PLEASE don't disappoint the woman who gave you life. The Viewhouse does a fabulous brunch at the Centennial and Colorado Springs locations. All eight Black-eyed Peas do a great special menu. A couple of places you may not be thinking about: Cansano Italian Steakhouse at Interquest and Voyager will be doing a buffet, and for those of you who may want to go a bit more casual, their sister restaurant, Longboard Tacos, will be doing a buffet. If you would like to go ethnic, India's on East Hampden has a special buffet.
A couple of other suggestions: Trestles Coastal Cuisine in Castle Rock North and Courtyard Social on downtown Castle Rock both have expanded menus with some great specials.
NOTE: Reservations, if available, offered, are a good idea. Book early for the best times.
